Albergo Celide

朋友推薦的酒店，小小的但是比較温馨。旁邊就是盧卡城牆，出行也方便。酒店的人都很nice，總體感覺很不錯！

The staff couldn’t do enough. The rooms were comfortable but have to say the shower was tiny and you had to manoeuvre in and out carefully.one thing I loved was the great shelf space in the bathroom-I wished more hotels would take note. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and had been before so it was fun to reminisce, although I don’t think there’s been any upgrades since the last time we were there🤷‍♀️ The staff were lovely and always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate and we used the bikes to go for a ride around the walls of Lucca. I think for what we paid,it was worth it but don’t expect luxury.

I cannot recommend Albergo Celide highly enough! The service the staff provided was extraordinary. I had an unfortunate personal difficulty during my stay in LUCCA and Matteo and his colleagues did everything possible to sort things out, and all with a smile . Separately Alberto Celide is a great choice as its location just outside the city walls gives you room to breathe while being close to the Centre. I was able to walk with my suitcase along the easy path to the station in 10 minutes .

What a lovely hotel-great rooms-good breakfast-excellent service and super position not far from porta Elisa in the walls of Lucca. Great spacious parking too! The staff was excellent and we weren’t far from Lucca train station. Spa facilities and restaurant also available.

Hot room // a/c weak and they didn’t seem to care. We stayed at this hotel about a decade ago. It was awesome - clean, fitness center, free parking, great location and good food. Unfortunately, it has NOT aged well. We were given a room that was very hot. The a/c was weak and the hotel made a habit of turning off the entire system with enough regularity that our room was uncomfortably warm. As a result, we did not sleep well any of our nights there. Worse yet, the front desk staff was defensive and unsympathetic in reaction. They accused us of not bringing it up when we had called and stopped by the desk over 8 times in 2 days — and had just spoken to the same guy!!! Another guest also mentioned their room was hot too, so it’s not just us!!! The design in the room also gave you the choice of covering the weak a/c unit with the curtains (and having some shading but even weaker a/c) or the opposite. There was just no winning there!! The breakfast felt more “best western” mediocre than a 4+ star hotel in a great Tuscan town and the fitness center and spa were closed. If you want a comfortable stay in Lucca, look elsewhere.

We had a four night stay for a city break with our teenage sons so had two rooms. The hotel was a perfect location, about a 10 minute walk from the train station and just opposite the city walls so a really short walk in to the old town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful (from the receptionists to the staff at breakfast) and gave advice on places to eat etc. It was a great base to explore Lucca and beyond (we had a day trip to Pisa). I would happily stay again if we come back to Lucca.

We have just stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and the staff were very helpful. Rooms very clean, sheets good quality, complimentary bikes available for cycling around Lucca and round city walls. Only negative comment - we didn’t enjoy the pre-packed, unappetising croissants and rolls for breakfast. Would stay here again.

This is a great hotel - perfect location for visiting Lucca as just outside the walls and easy for car parking . All the staff were so friendly and helpful . Room was lovely and very efficient windows as very little traffic noise . Free use of push bikes to use in Lucca was brilliant.

The hotel itself is very nice and would be a good choice if you are traveling by car but it is located in a no man’s land without a grocery or convenience store within walking distance. The hotel website advertises that it has a restaurant but it doesn’t. There is one next door that is closed on Sundays and Mondays and reservations are needed for weekend nights (so you are out of luck if you arrive late on a Saturday).
